We remain actively in the capital formation process (i.e. via private equity) to enhance our ventures portfolio. This includes deploying CIRP as we create pools of qualified investors to capitalize on various energy, environmental, medical, pharmaceutical, technology, communications and redevelopment venture opportunities.
Our energy portfolio has long focused on fossil fuels and green energy, before such an approach was popular. Actively expanding our energy portfolio remains a near term key for helping our CIRP clients quickly achieve the returns and financial stability they seek.
We have been in the environmental space for over thirty years. We spearhead U.S. energy transition programing solutions. Now we seek to export our environmental expertise globally.
Our medical portfolio is growing rapidly as we secure key positions to lead health care providers, suppliers, and managers. For example, we have recently secured a leading role to actively influence Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy and applications into key areas of the U.S. medical industry.
We seek to increase pharmaceutical exports significantly in 2025.
We partner with the largest telecom companies in the U.S. We are in the early stages of securing agreements with clients and customers to globally expand ventures in this space in 2025.
Our redevelopment portfolio continues to include industrial, commercial and residential projects. We will continue to play a leading role in this space.
We focus on private capital formation in accordance with the Securities Act of 1933. CIRP is our primary vehicle to lawfully link qualified foreign investors to U.S. and global private equity opportunities. We actively raise capital in this space. These funds are managed by licensed fund managers. These funds are invested in U.S. capital markets and/or ventures as prescribed by our clients.
